Not only will you get an incredible and effective workout in our classes, you will have fun in community too!

ABOUT OUR CLASSES

All classes are all led by professional Fitness Trainers. Class format consists of a warm up, form education, an effective workout, and a cool down stretch. Each class is about 45-55 minutes long.


Each month we change the focus of our workouts ensuring you never become bored or plateau with the same type of workout. We focus on education and form, first and foremost, and we support our clients in effectively growing in their total wellness. All fitness levels–experienced or not, are welcome here. We also offer personal training in between group class times. Contact us for more information.
